Payment: For all online reservations and direct reservations via telephone full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment by all major credit cards accepted. American Express and Diners Cards 3.5% surcharge. Direct deposit may also be made. Please request the account details via email if this option is preferred.

High Tea Payments: High Tea reservations must be made directly via telephone.

Children: Hargate is not suitable for children under 17 yrs of age.

Check In: from 3.00pm unless prior arrangements are made.

Check Out no later than 11.00am

Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival,  (the value of one room night) will be forfeited. An additional administration fee is charged by our online booking agent "Roamfree" for cancellations or amendments to reservations made online. If a reservation is cancelled 0-7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking amount plus booking agent cancellation fee for reservations made online will be forfeited.

Smoking: For fire safety regulation, allergy and guest amenity reasons Hargate does not accommodate people who smoke.

Further Information: Free parking is avaliable immediately adjacent Hargate in Canning or George Street.

Hargate is a boutique luxury guesthouse with a dedicated focus on
guest amenity and personalised service and therefore caters for a maximum of six guests at any one time.

Hargate is pleased to organise airport transfers, chauffeur limosouine services, forward bookings, business support services and luggage holding services upon request.

Please note that due to the quality of decor within Hargate, guests shall be responsible for the cost of any damage or loss to Hargate property incurred by them during their stay.

Hargate may be booked for exclusive use for holiday accommodation, a business function, retreats, silver service dinners, high tea, special celebrations or boutique weddings and welcomes your enquiry in this regard.
